City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo's position on the city's handling of a recent Los Angeles Fire Department discrimination case in which a jury awarded $1.6 million to two fire captains was characterized incorrectly in a story Wednesday. In fact, Delgadillo was not involved in the case and his comments referred to the original Tennie Pierce case.
