Crittenden - Diana Gwen Crittenden, 64, of Oakridge, died Nov. 6. No service is planned. Oakridge Chapel of the Woods Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Fisk - Donald H. Fisk, 58, of Eugene, died Nov. 7. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Chapel of Memories Funeral Home, Eugene.

Goode - Orris Lee Goode, 75, of Eugene, died Oct. 20. A celebration of life will be held at 1 p.m. Nov. 11 at Rest-Haven Memorial Park & Funeral Home, Eugene.

Hassell - Hugh E. Hassell, 88, of Corvallis, formerly of Springfield, died Nov. 2. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Nov. 16 at Central Presbyterian Church, Eugene. McHenry Funeral Home, Corvallis, in charge of arrangements.

Jackson - Wilma M. Jackson, 70, of Creswell, died Nov. 8. England's Eugene Memorial Chapel in charge of arrangements.

McCullen - David Roy "Davey" McCullen, 26, of Eugene, died Oct. 31. A celebration of life was held Nov. 6. Andreason's Cremation & Burial Service, Eugene, in charge of arrangements.

O'Leary - Carl Leonard O'Leary, 85, of Eugene, died Nov. 4. The funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Battle Ground, Wash. Burial will be at Willamette National Cemetery, Portland. Poole-Larsen Funeral Home, Eugene, in charge of arrangements.
