FOR THE RECORD.

A Friday story about Simi Valley sailor John Daniel House, who was killed Wednesday in Iraq, incorrectly reported the name of his newborn son as John Chase House. In fact, the infant's name is James Cash House. Also, John House was a 1995 graduate of Moorpark High School, not 1994 as reported.
