 erroneously reported that the company was ordered to disclose the whereabouts of the baby girl and her mother. A subpoena ad testificandum [Lat.  and summons issued to a Clonaid vice president were approved by a court.

In fact, at this point, Clonaid has not been ordered to disclose any information. The Clonaid vice president may be asked about the child's whereabouts, but that will not be clear until the Jan. 22 hearing.
