The contract extensions range from 12 to 36 months each and encompass clients located in Tyler, Texas Tyler is the county seat of Smith County in East Texas, United States. The city is named for President John Tyler in recognition of his support for Texas's admission to the United States. ; Toledo, Ohio; Warwick, Rhode Island Warwick is a city in Kent County, Rhode Island, United States. It is the second largest city in the state, with 85,808 people. Its mayor, since 2000, has been Scott Avedisian. Founded by Samuel Gorton in 1642, Warwick has witnessed major events in American history. ; Clermont, New Jersey; Columbia, South Carolina Columbia is the state capital and largest city of South Carolina. As of 2006, estimates for the population of the city proper is 122,819[1]. Columbia is the county seat of Richland County, but a small portion of the city extends into Lexington County. ; and Norwalk, Connecticut.
