The Web site offers information such as whether a loan is risky pre-funding; what market trends are happening, including foreclosures or which markets are still declining; the age of a property, its square footage or last sales price; and a visual of the house plotted on a map along with information about comparable properties nearby and details about the neighborhood.

FNC's CollateralDNA.com works like a menu or online store. Visitors to the site select property information a la carte and pay for the information per download To receive a file transmitted over a network.
