PREVIOUSLY EMPLOYED as Commercial Director at FMA Process Engineering Ltd. (01543 255152) Terry Clough, 54, has succeeded Derek Olsen as Managing Director at the Lichfield-based company.

With over 30 years' expertise of liquid processing--and almost 20 years spent delivering capital projects, and the highest levels of process data control to customers across the brewery, dairy and food industries--Terry is renowned for his meticulous approach to detail and his considerable knowledge of engineering.

When founder member, Derek Olsen, began planning for his retirement in Year 2000, he put in place a succession plan designed to ensure that customers would be fully up-to-speed with his intentions and have the confidence that it would be 'business as usual' following his departure.
