FM: Tehran to Speed up Construction of Educational Complex in Kuwait.Summary: TEHRAN (FNA)- Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki on Tuesday pledged to remove existing problems in the construction of an educational complex due to be built by Iran in Kuwait.
