That was the message from the HSE HSE House HSE Health and Safety Executive HSE Helsinki School of Economics HSE Hamilton Southeastern (High School) HSE Health, Safety & Environment HSE Higher School of Economics (Moscow, Russia) yesterday as it launched its annual vaccination campaign. This year, because of the swine flu pandemic, there will be two shots available. The national strategy is targeting the usual three key at-risk groups - everyone aged over 65, health care staff and carers and younger people with long-term illnesses such as asthma and heart problems. The vaccine is free for these categories. Dr Brenda Corcoran, from the HSE's National Immunisation Office, said: "We want to increase the uptake.. to make sure our most vulnerable groups are kept safe." |
