FLOWER POWER POPPY FESTIVAL EXPECTED TO SHINE.

LANCASTER - With wildflowers already drawing thousands of visitors to the Antelope Valley, the 14th annual California Poppy California poppy: see poppy.

``Lots of poppies, good weather, good recipe: hopefully 50,000 to 60,000 this year. That's our goal,'' said city official Norma Gurba.
