GLENDALE - A memorial service is scheduled Saturday for J. Kenneth McEldowney, a Hollywood florist who produced a classic film on a dare by his wife.

McEldowney is survived by a son, J.K. McEldowney Jr.

The memorial service is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. Saturday at the Little Church of the Flowers at Forest Lawn Glendale.
