 admits his star striker cannot cope with the physical demands of the Premier League.

The Brazil star, who will not return from international duty until today, has not scored since December and has failed to live up to his record-breaking pounds 32.5million transfer fee.

As revealed by Mirror Sport, Hughes is ready to leave him out for tomorrow's trip to Arsenal to try to jolt him out of his woeful woe·ful also wo·ful

"It's his first season in one of the strongest and most physical leagues in the world, so that's perhaps understandable.

"I haven't had the opportunity to take him out of the firing line yet because my options on the left have been a bit restricted.

"This week he's had a lot of travelling. But he's never knocked on my door and said 'I'm tired'."
