FLIGHTWAYS MOVING TO SIMI SITE; RELOCATION DESIGNED TO CONSOLIDATE FIRMS.

Flightways Manufacturing Inc. is moving from its Van Nuys home to Simi Valley Simi Valley (sē`mē, sĭm`ē), city (1990 pop. 100,217), Ventura co., SW Calif. in an oil, fruit, and farm region; laid out 1887, inc. 1969. , part of new parent company Fields Aircraft Spares Inc.'s consolidation of newly-acquired subsidiaries under one roof.

Fields has acquired or is in negotiations to acquire other companies as it transforms itself into an all-in-one maker and supplier of parts for commercial airline interior cabins.
