Straight weighted leg lift

Works on: outer thighs

THE MOVE

Set-up: Lie on the floor on your left side, legs extended, hips stacked on top of each other, belly button belly button Medtalk Umbilicus, navel  pulled in. Your head, shoulders, and hips should form a straight line.

Step 1: Keeping your right leg straight and right foot flexed, bring your left knee in toward your chest, until it's in line with your hips. Place a 3- to 5-pound dumbbell Dumbbell
