FLEX TIME SIT-DOWN SQUAT.


Works on: quadriceps, hamstrings, buttocks buttocks /but·tocks/ (but´oks) the two fleshy prominences formed by the gluteal muscles on the lower part of the back. .

THE MOVE

Setup: With your back facing the chair seat, stand with your feet hip-width apart, arms by your sides.

Step 1: Keeping your belly button belly button Medtalk Umbilicus, navel  pulled in, tailbone tail·bone

 pointing down and weight on your heels, exhale exhale /ex·hale/ (eks´hal) to breathe out.

2. To emit a gas, vapor, or odor.
 as you slowly bend your knees and slowly lower yourself down to the chair seat, simultaneously extending both arms in front of you at shoulder height.

Step 2: Gently tap the seat of the chair with your buttocks, then inhale as you slowly return to standing position. Take about 2 counts to lower and 2 counts to come back up.

Fit tip: To make this exercise easier, use a taller chair. To make it more challenging, use a shorter chair, stand with each foot on a book, or hold a 3- to 5-pound dumbbell Dumbbell
