FLEX TIME ONE LEG SQUAT WITH OPPOSITE ARM TOUCH DOWN.

THE MOVE

Setup: Begin by standing on one leg with the opposite leg slightly off the ground. Place the hand that is on the same side of the leg that is on the ground on your hip.

Step 1: Squat down - only as low as you can control - and reach the opposite hand down to your toe.

Step 2: Hold for 2 seconds, then return to the starting position. This represents 1 repetition REPETITION, construction of wills. A repetition takes place when the same testator, by the same testamentary instrument, gives to the same legatee legacies of equal amount and of the same kind; in such case the latter is considered a repetition of the former, and the legatee is entitled .
