THE MOVE

SETUP: Start on hands and knees.

STEP 1: Lift your right arm and left leg level with your torso torso /tor·so/ (tor´so) trunk (1).

. Hold for 2 seconds, then switch sides.

REPETITIONS: 10-20 repetitions.
