 FIVE BARNETT 'EMERGENCY BANKS' NOW TO OPEN MONDAY
 MIAMI, Aug. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Barnett will open five special


"emergency banks" at the request of Gov. Lawton Chiles Monday, Aug. 31, in the hardest hit area of south Dade County. These banks, originally planned for tents, will now be located in mobile buildings being supplied Sunday night by Barnett.
 The locations are:
 -- Kendall Home Center, 11025 SW 84th St.
 -- Richmond Heights Middle School, 15015 SW 103rd Ave.
 -- Cutler Ridge Mall, 20505 S. Dixie Highway
 -- Florida City, SW 8th Avenue and W. Palm Drive, across from police station
 -- Homestead Armory, Campbell Drive.
 The "emergency banks" will operate from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday until the crisis is over, to cash checks for the general public.
 In addition, 34 Barnett full-service offices will be operating in Dade County Monday at the following locations:
 -- Miami International Airport
 -- 1414 Alton Road
 -- Arthur Godfrey, 360 41st St.
 -- Aventura, 2875 NE 191st St.
 -- Bay Harbour Island, 1108 Kane Concourse
 -- 550 Biltmore Way
 -- Bird and Ludlum, 4020 SW 67th Ave.
 -- Brickell, 701 Brickell Ave.
 -- Coral Gables, 2600 Douglas Road
 -- Dadeland, 9101 S. Dixie Highway
 -- Doral, 8180 NW 36th St.
 -- Hialeah Gardens, 8210 NW 103rd St.
 -- Hialeah/Miami Springs, 101 Hialeah Drive
 -- Homestead, 850 Homestead Blvd.
 -- Kendall Lakes West, 7380 SW 152nd Ave.
 -- Key Biscayne, 260 Crandon Blvd.
 -- Little River, 7900 NE 2nd Ave.
