FIRST FEDERAL ANNOUNCES SECOND QUARTER DIVIDEND

 LAKEWOOD, Colo., June 16 /PRNewswire/ -- First Federal Savings Bank of Colorado (NASDAQ-NMS: FFBA) announced that it will pay a dividend to stockholders of 20 cents per share for the second quarter of 1993. The dividend will be paid July 20, 1993, to stockholders of record as of June 30, 1993.
 First Federal is the largest publicly traded bank or thrift based in Colorado with assets of $1 billion. Established in 1885, the bank has 20 branches.
