The 5,600-square-foot brick building - which cost $122,000 to build - replaced a 2,000-square-foot station built in 1938. Three stations have been built in Lancaster since 1994: Station 134 near 25th Street West and Avenue K-8, Station 135 at 20th Street East and Avenue K-4, and Station 129 at Avenue M and 6th Street West.
