FINE HOST SIGNS SECOND THAILAND CONTRACT.

GREENWICH, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--December 30, 1996--Fine Host Corporation (Nasdaq:FINE) one of the nation's fastest growing contract food and beverage service management companies, has entered into a multi-year agreement with the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Center (BITEC), a newly constructed exhibition and convention center. The financial terms of the BITEC contract were not disclosed.

According to Randy Ziegler, Group President, Recreation and Leisure Division, Fine Host will oversee management of all food and beverage services when BITEC opens its 1.3 million sq. ft. facility in Thailand in July 1997. The BITEC facility contains an indoor convention center (215,000 sq. ft.), two outdoor exhibition centers (116,000 and 52,000 sq. ft.), a concourse reception area (over 100,000 sq. ft.), three full service restaurants (with capacity for 200-250 people per restaurant) and a food centre with 18 food courts capable of serving a total of 2,000 people per seating. In addition to this new facility, Fine Host also operates the food service at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center in Bangkok.
