FINAL RULE--AMENDMENT TO REGULATION C.

The Board of Governors is amending 12 C.F.R. Part 203, its Regulation C (Home. Mortgage Disclosure). The Board is required to adjust annually the asset-size exemption threshold for depository institutions Depository institution

A financial institution that obtains its funds mainly through deposits from the public. This includes commercial banks, savings and loan associations, savings banks and credit unions.
based on the annual percentage change in the Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers. The present adjustment reflects changes for the 12-month period ending in November November: see month.  2000.
