 FINAL PLANS UNVEILED FOR $50 MILLION INVESTMENT IN MARYLAND ECONOMY
 Who: -- Jack Davis, executive vice president and general
 counsel of United Dominion Industries (NYSE: UDI), the
 owner and developer of Tome's Landing.
 -- Edward Cole, Cecil County commissioner.
 What: Unveiling of final plans and opening of Sales Center for
 the $50 million development of Tome's Landing, a new
 community of 170 townhomes, more than 400 boatslips
 and a commercial/retail marina complex.
 When: Today at 11 a.m.
 Where: Tome's Landing Sales Center, Port Deposit, Md.
 Directions: Take I-95 to Exit 93, Route 275 North
 (just north of Susquehanna River Tollgate). Left on
 Route 222 to Port Deposit. Go three miles to Sales
 Center on left.
 Details:
 Tome's Landing is comprised of 170 two- and three-bedroom townhomes, more than 400 30-foot and 40-foot boatslips and a marina. The Marina Community Center will feature a dockside restaurant, a retail center, yacht club, swimming pool, tennis courts, and fitness center all within walking distance of historic Port Deposit.
