The party begins at 8:30 p.m. with Bow in ``It,'' the 1927 gold-digger movie for which she's best remembered. (Watch for Gary Cooper in a walk-on reporter role.)

Following a dessert reception, Keaton takes the screen in ``Seven Chances,'' playing a bachelor who stands to inherit a fortune if only he can marry by 7 p.m.

There's champagne at midnight and live music. The Silent Movie Theatre is at 611 N. Fairfax Ave. Tickets are $50 each. For reservations or more information, call (323) 655-2520.

 Wonka and the Chocolate Factory'' is marking its 30th anniversary at Glendale's Alex Theatre The Alex Theatre is a historic landmark located at 216 North Brand Boulevard in Glendale, California of the United States of America. It is currently owned by the City of Glendale and operated by the Alex Regional Theatre Board.  with two shows on Saturday.

The film, starring Gene Wilder Gene Wilder (born Jerome Silberman on June 11, 1933) is an American actor who is perhaps best known for his role as Willy Wonka and his collaborations with Mel Brooks, most notably Blazing Saddles, The Producers, and Young Frankenstein  as the candy man of the title, screens at 2 and 7 p.m. at the Alex, 216 N. Brand Blvd. Director Mel Stuart will be on hand for the evening show.
