Film Roman shares have tanked since its initial public offering, dropping from $10 to around $2. Roman and Pritchard both acknowledged that Pritchard's appointment is in part an attempt to regain investor confidence. And indeed, shares were up 44 cents to $2.56 on heavy trading Wednesday. ``We as a company had to do something to react to that'' previous drop in share price, Roman said. ``I felt it was my duty to shareholders to get somebody who was really a businessman, with a strong business background, to run it.''
