A Valencia film-processing company will demonstrate its C-Reality system, a new high-end product that scans film and converts the images into digital video signals for video recording, at the International Broadcasting Convention The International Broadcasting Convention, more commonly known by its acronym IBC, is an annual trade show for broadcasters, content creators/providers, equipment manufacturers, professional and technical associations, and other participants in the broadcast industry.  next month in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Also being featured at the Sept. 11-15 convention is Cintel's URSA Diamond telecine The technique for converting movie film to TV/video. Pronounced "tel-uh-sin-ee," "tel-uh-sin-uh" or "tel-uh-scene." Because film runs at 24 frames per second (fps), and NTSC video runs at 30 fps, telecine inserts duplicate frames into the video to make up the , recognized as the benchmark for standard-definition telecine transfers. Cintel is a leader in telecine, the process of converting film to videotape.

Cintel also will announce the details of its reorganized customer support services support services Psychology Non-health care-related ancillary services–eg, transportation, financial aid, support groups, homemaker services, respite services, and other services , which will feature 24-hour support worldwide.

Originally known as Rank Cintel, Cintel Inc., a subsidiary of Cintel International Ltd., has been manufacturing film-scanning systems since the early 1950s. The company grew in the 1970s as its technology expanded into post-production houses across the world and gave colorists and producers access to digital technology.

Last year, a management group composed of executives from Cintel and sister company Brimar Ltd. united to form Image Precision International.
