The International Press Academy, a rival organization to the Hollywood Foreign Press Association of Golden Globes fame, has weighed in on 1997 movies with its second annual Golden Satellite Awards.

``Titanic'' took best drama picture honors, while ``As Good as It Gets'' captured the best musical or comedy prize at last Sunday's awards. The association also honors the year's best animated or mixed-media film, which went to ``Men in Black.''
