``These are all highly trained fighters with various backgrounds,'' Borchetta said. ``One of the attractions is to find out who is really the best fighter.'' Once in the ring, just about anything goes. ``It's whatever you can come up with to wrestle the other guy and beat the opponent,'' Borchetta said. ``The only rules that apply is what you can't do.'' Wearing small padded gloves, the participants will fight through three five-minute rounds - or until a winner is declared. While the action in the ring is expected to provide enough excitement, promoters have added an entertainment twist with dancers and announcers emphasizing the fighting stars. ``We're putting a little more entertainment value to the fight, making the hard-core underground field a little prettier,'' Borchetta said. ``We want to build personality with the crowds.'' In 1997, Peters produced a similar show on the East Coast. The live show Friday will be taped and presented to several cable networks and as well as to foreign countries. If interest is shown, a new show will be taped every other week and there are plans to eventually go live, Borchetta said.
