Quincy will moderate and speak on "Building A Lifestyle for Today's Active Adults" on August 5th from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. in Room 304-D of the Orange County Convention Center (please verify room location in pocket program onsite). His fellow panelists will include Tracy Lux, SHS, President of Trace Marketing, Inc. and David Jensen, FASLA FASLA Fellow of the American Society of Landscape Architects , President of David Jensen Associates, Inc. This panel will advise new construction, sales & marketing, management and design professionals on the trade secrets of building a premiere active adult community - from land planning and establishing a community theme to floor plans, amenities and selling.

Quincy will then moderate and speak on "How to Successfully Complete Your First Multi-Family Project" on August 5th from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. in Room 205-B of the Orange County Convention Center (please verify room location in pocket program onsite). His fellow panelist will include Mike Kephart, AIA, President of KEPHART. Together, they will advise new construction, sales & marketing, merchandising, design and management professionals how to grow their multi-family business from low to high density, infill or rental; and show them the best of the east and west.
