 Breeding Compound Feline Conservation Center will be held at 5:30 p.m. April 23. Patrons who purchase tickets in advance can enter at 5 p.m.

Enrichment toys will be given to the cats to pique their interest and provide amusement for the visitors. Felines not normally on exhibit will include rare African sand cats, margays and Pallas' cats along with tigers Caesar and Jasmine.

A bake sale is a fundraising activity where baked goods such as doughnuts, cupcakes and cookies, sometimes along with ethnic foods, are sold.
, a barbecue, a raffle and an opportunity to be photographed with a feline.

Proceeds from the event will be used to expand the center's breeding areas, construction of new enclosures and landscaping needs. All patrons must be 18 years old or over. The tour is $15. For more information, or to make reservations, call (661) 256-3793.
