Your registration fee covers all sessions, conference materials, all meals on both days, opening reception on Sunday, Sept. 12 and a boat ride and Gala Event at the Navy Pier on Monday, Sept. 13.

Refund Policy:

Full refunds will be issued on cancellations received on or before Aug. 6, 2004. Cancellations received Aug. 9-Aug. 13, 2004 will be issued a full credit for a future conference. Cancellations received after Aug. 13, 2004 will not receive any refund or credit. All cancellations must be received in writing. Each attendee is responsible for making his/her own room reservation.
