The Antelope Valley Hospital's Palmdale clinic is expected to be ready to open next month, but urgent care services probably won't start until early next year, officials said Friday. Two physician groups are interested in providing ``emergent'' care services at the clinic and have to submit bids to the county, a process that will probably take at least until November or December to complete. ``Both are qualified groups.
