EDWARDS AIR FORCE BASE Edwards Air Force Base, U.S. military installation, 301,000 acres (121,805 hectares), S Calif., NE of Lancaster; est. 1933.  Dryden Flight Research Center The Dryden Flight Research Center (DFRC), located inside Edwards Air Force Base, is an aeronautical research center operated by NASA. On March 26, 1976 it was named in honor of the late Hugh L. , alleging that a male manager sexually harassed male employees.

The complaint alleges that in 2000 a manager for Maryland-based Systems Applications and Technologies Inc. subjected male employees to inappropriate touching and made comments regarding his own sexual escapades.

The comments were allegedly made to several male employees of the company, the complaint said.

The EEOC's complaint seeks monetary damages for the employees, but an amount was not specified. Under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, compensatory damages A sum of money awarded in a civil action by a court to indemnify a person for the particular loss, detriment, or injury suffered as a result of the unlawful conduct of another.  are capped at $200,000 per victim.
