Race fans nationwide are revving up their computers and getting in on the action as the Valvoline(R) Online Racing Auction, hosted by eBay, enters its second week, featuring a new line-up of authentic, one-of-a-kind racing memorabilia and experiences.

Key items up for bid on the electronic auction block this week include:

       --   A 1975 Simpson Indy helmet autographed by six former Indy
          500 champions, including Mario Andretti, A.J. Foyt and Al
          Unser Sr.
       --   A checkered flag from the 1991 Detroit Grand Prix
          autographed by 18 CART drivers
       --   Simpson racing gloves autographed by Robby Gordon
       --   A Cale Yarborough Hardees team jacket
       --   A EZ-GO electric golf car featuring Mark Martin's No. 6
          Valvoline paint scheme
       --   Racing gloves autographed by CART driver Jimmy Vasser

To date the auction has received bids totaling more than $51,000, with all proceeds benefiting Big Brothers Big Sisters of America's (BBBSA BBBSA Big Brothers Big Sisters of America (founded in 1914 by Ray Coulson) ) School-based Mentoring program, which aims to develop strong mentor-child relationships within the school context.

Some items securing high bids in week one include a Mark Martin pit crew experience ($12,000), a similar experience with fellow NASCAR NASCAR (National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing), organization that sanctions American stock-car races, est. 1948. It held its first race in Daytona Beach, Fla.  driver Jeff Burton Jeffery Brian Burton (born June 29, 1967 in South Boston, Virginia) also sometimes referred to as "JB" is a NASCAR Nextel Cup Series driver.
