TerraView 911 is a software application that will allow police and fire to view emergency address locations, determine quickest route, obtain site-specific information and building details such as floor plans and any hazardous materials stored on site. The data is then accessible on laptop computers A portable computer that has a flat LCD screen and usually weighs less than eight pounds. Often called just a "laptop," it uses batteries for mobile use and AC power for charging the batteries and desktop use. Today's high-end laptops provide all the capabilities of most desktop computers.  in emergency vehicles.

The software package provides public safety officers the ability to add massive amounts of data related to specific locations. TerraView 911 allows emergency personnel to access the specific data relevant to any disaster or emergency location ranging from mass casualty incidents to traffic accidents.

"TerraView 911 was designed specifically to allow safety and emergency personnel to respond quickly and efficiently," said Todd Todd , Sir Alexander Robertus 1907-1997.

TerraView 911 has been undergoing Beta-testing for the last four months by the Carmel (Ind.) Police and Fire Departments. These departments are the first in the U.S. to use this software for day to day emergency planning, enforcement and homeland security. It allows us, upon arrival at the scene, to have immediate access to accurate data and images that will greatly enhance our ability to safely and successfully resolve a situation," said Carmel Police Chief Michael Fogarty.
