               PEPPERIDGE FARM HOLIDAY FARMHOUSE RECIPE


Ingredients:

         Cookies                    Goldfish Crackers
         Shortbread                 Goldfish Graham Snacks
         Verona                     Goldfish Snack Crackers
         Geneva
         Chessmen
         Milano
         Ginger Family
         Filled Pirouettes
         Brussels
         Hazelnut
         Chantilly
         Bordeaux

Directions:

      1)  Cut Pepperidge Farm cookie boxes or cardboard to make base,
        walls and roof.

      2)  Prepare icing (recipe below).

      3)  "Glue" together walls at corners with icing. Attach to base.
        Top with roof. Allow icing to dry thoroughly.

      4)  "Glue" Pepperidge Farm cookies to house. Finish corners,
        eaves, windows and doors by piping icing through a plain or
        star tip.

      5)  For trees, spread icing on Styrofoam or ice cream cones. Cover
        with Pepperidge Farm Goldfish.

      6)  Spread icing on base for snow. Add cookie path, woodpile,
        icicles and ginger people as desired.

Icing: Mix 3 egg whites, 1/2tsp. cream of tartar and 1 box (16oz.)
confectioners sugar with mixer at low speed. Beat at high speed 5 min.
or until stiff peaks form. (Keep covered to prevent drying out.)
