The hotel is a joint-venture between an Australian company, Leda Holdings Pty Ltd. and local authorities. It will be managed by Accor Asia Pacific (AAPC AAPC American Academy of Professional Coders (National Organization headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah) AAPC American Association of Political Consultants AAPC Avis d'Appel Public à la Concurrence (France) Limited), an Australian company listed on the Australian and Hong Kong stock exchanges.
