The center is on three sites, with the main laboratory in Yorktown Heights, New York, 45 miles north of New York City, a building in Hawthorne, New York, and offices in Cambridge, in 1978 after receiving his Ph.D. in cognitive psychology from the University of Oregon The University of Oregon is a public university located in Eugene, Oregon. The university was founded in 1876, graduating its first class two years later. The University of Oregon is one of 60 members of the Association of American Universities. . He has served in both research and management roles in numerous networking and interpersonal communications projects. Most recently, he led the design and programming of a small talk-based client/server application suite to provide easy and affordable Internet access to primary and secondary schools.
