FEATURE/Hyatt offers diners a taste of the Mediterranean at 86 hotels and resorts.


CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE FEATURES)--March 21, 1996--Even if a tour of the Mediterranean is not on your plate this season, you can still enjoy a taste of Greece, Italy, Spain, Morocco and Turkey at 86 Hyatt hotels and resorts in the U.S. and Canada during the company's first Mediterranean food and beverage F&B is a common abbreviation in the United States and Commonwealth countries, including Hong Kong. According to Philip Kendall, vice president of food and beverage for Hyatt, Hyatt's Mediterranean menu not only offers diners an interesting alternative to traditional three-meal restaurant fare -- pastas, sandwiches and pizzas -- but also promotes a healthy approach to eating and drinking.
