following 500-year-old traditions. Each is crafted slowly, in small batches, from a single select ingredient.

Belvedere is made from 100 percent Polish rye, giving it a subtle sweetness and soft character that other grain vodkas cannot duplicate. A faint vanilla nose and a slight hint of rye characterize its taste profile. It has a creamy smooth finish. Master distillers can taste each of the 19 different characteristics that compose Belvedere. If a sampling reveals even the slightest imbalance, the batch is destroyed. Its name honors Poland's former presidential palace, the Belvedere House.

Contrary to the popular belief that most vodka derives from potatoes, few vodkas are made exclusively from this ingredient. Chopin is in an elite category in that it is crafted solely from organically grown, Polish Strobrawa potatoes that are cultivated and harvested by hand using only natural, environmentally friendly farming practices. This makes Chopin the perfect choice for connoisseurs with gluten intolerance. Chopin's taste profile is characterized by a hint of apple in the nose; a round, full character; and a bold, yet smooth and clean, classic European finish. It is named for Poland's favorite composer, Frederic Chopin.
