As part of the agreement, FDNI in cooperation with Adbookplus, Inc. will supply a nationwide dialup capability for use by BeachAccess.net, Inc. and its clients, thereby enabling the company to extend its ISP service area nationwide and solicit customers outside of its present local dialup network. At the present time BeachAccess.net has over 1,000 subscribers and with the addition of the new nationwide service estimates that it can expand its ISP capabilities to handle approximately 4,000 customers in the near future. Included within the agreement, Adbookplus, Inc. will take over the billing and customer service responsibilities for the system.
