BeachAccess.net, Inc. is located in and operates from South Carolina supplying local Internet access and connectivity to its clients in the greater Myrtle Beach area. As part of the agreement, FDNI in cooperation with Adbookplus, Inc. will supply a nationwide dialup capability for use by BeachAccess.net, Inc. and its clients, thereby enabling the company to extend its ISP service area nationwide and solicit customers outside of its present local dialup network.

At the present time BeachAccess.net has over 1,000 subscribers and with the addition of the new nationwide service estimates that it can expand its ISP capabilities to handle approximately 4,000 customers in the near future. Included within the agreement, Adbookplus, Inc. will take over the billing and customer service responsibilities for the system. Both Al Keyser of BIFS Technologies and Paul Matthews of FDNI commented that the association between FDNI, Adbookplus, Inc. and BIFS Technologies Corporation was a natural fit and served as a complimentary joint venture between the three companies by offering a demonstrable value added service package to existing local customers and opens the door to adding customers from the nationwide audience. FDNI and Adbookplus, Inc. are expected to pick up additional subscribers under the collaborative venture, while BIFS increases its direct coverage area and reduces certain ancillary expenses. Adbookplus, Inc. is also the parent and owner of the realm 123clickit.com.
