 advisory panel voted 5-2 against approval of the kit form of the Company's NTP (Network Time Protocol) A TCP/IP protocol used to synchronize the real time clock in computers, network devices and other electronic equipment that is time sensitive. It is also used to maintain the correct time in NTP-based wall and desk clocks.  test (AlzheimAlert(TM)). AlzheimAlert(TM) remains approved for sale in the U.S. as a laboratory testing service through the Company's clinical reference laboratory in New Jersey. NASDAQ halted NYMX trading on Friday during the panel meeting in order to maintain an orderly market.
