FBR Asset Investment Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend.WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 25, 1998--FBR Asset Investment Corporation ("FBR Asset") announced today that the Board of Directors approved a cash dividend of $0.295 per share payable July 15, 1998 to shareholders of record as of June 30, 1998. The dividend covers the period from April 1, 1998 to June 30, 1998 and represents approximately 100% of the taxable income generated for the period. The Board of Directors also approved an additional cash dividend of $0.005 per share payable July 15, 1998 to shareholders of record as of December 30, 1997.
