Under the agreement, Family Savings Bank, a savings bank headquartered in Los Angeles and with branches in Compton, Ladera Heights and Pasadena will remain a separate subsidiary of FBOP after the closing. Family's management will continue in place after the sale. The transaction is subject to stockholder and regulatory approvals.
