FBMC Promotes Parr to Senior Vice President.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- Robert E. Parr, CLU, RHU, HIA, REBC, has been named Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Fringe Benefits Management Company (FBMC), one of the nation's leading Employee Benefits Solutions providers.

Parr has more than 30 years of experience in the employee benefits business including six years as an independent insurance agent.

Prior to joining FBMC, Parr worked as a consultant to the managed care industry. Prior to that, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Cariten Healthcare in Knoxville, Tenn.

Parr holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Florida Atlantic University. In addition, he has earned the CLU, RHU, HIA and REBC professional designations. He is the author of two books; The Managed Care and Group Insurance Handbook and COBRA For Insurance Agents, and numerous articles related to the insurance and employee benefits area.
