) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a ten percent increase in the quarterly cash dividend to $0.115 per share from $0.105 per share on its Class A and Class B common stock. The dividend reflects an indicated annual dividend rate of $0.46 per share.

The dividend will be payable on March 31, 2006 to shareholders of record as of March 15, 2006. There are 28,112,658 shares of Class A common stock and 1,192,990 shares of Class B common stock, for a total of 29,305,648 common shares outstanding.
