Staff Writer WESTLAKE VILLAGE - The FBI is seeking the public's help in apprehending a tattooed robber who got away with an undetermined amount of cash during a stick-up Monday at Downey Savings & Loan. The man walked into the bank at 5705 Lindero Canyon Road about 3:20 p.m., stood in line, then handed the teller a note reading, ``This is a robbery.
