Bank of America (NYSE: BAC TYO: 8648 ) is the largest commercial bank in the United States in terms of deposits, and the largest company of its kind in the world.

As one gunman stood guard over 13 customers and employees, another armed robber went behind the counter and demanded that bank employees open the vault. When employees failed to open the vault, the robbers took an undisclosed amount of money from the cash drawer A cash drawer is generally a compartment underneath a cash register in which the cash from transactions is kept. A noted textile center since the 16th cent., Sedan also has metal and brewing industries. The town became part of French crown lands in 1642. .

Sheriff's deputies were called to the location through a silent alarm and a 911 call but the robbers were gone by the time deputies arrived. In response to the robbery, Bank of America officials offered a $25,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those involved, bank officials said.
