No terms of the deal were given. Thunder Lizard was represented by The Jordan, Edmiston Group (New York New York, state, United States New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of ). Thunder Lizard is described as the "premier producer" of Web design/development and Web marketing and advertising conferences. Established in 1991, the company has produced more than 80 events over eight years. In 2000, the company will produce nine conferences, including "Photoshop Conference," "Web Design 2000," "Web Marketing 2000," "Web Advertising 2000," "Web Commerce 2000," "Macro-media Web World," "Web Design World" and "Web Marketing World." Jordan, Edmiston Group ceo Wilma Jordan said the acquired company "is a particularly strong fit with Fawcette's existing windows programming and interactive development publishing and conference business. Established in 1990, Fawcette publications include Exchange & Outlook, VCDJ VCDJ Visual C++ Developers Journal , VCDC VCDC Village Child Development Center (Greenwood Village, CO) , Java Pro, VBPJ VBPJ Visual Basic Programmer's Journal and Enterprise Development.
