FANNIE MAE LAUNCHES REVAMPED HOMEPATH.COM.

FANNIE MAE HAS ANNOUNCED THE LAUNCH of its redesigned Consumer Web site, www.homepath.Com. The site includes information on Fannie Mae mortgage products and a proprietary search engine to help borrowers find a list of Fannie Mae-approved lenders in their area, as well as help in locating lenders and credit counselors in their area, information on Fannie Mae properties for sale and a glossary. In addition, the site features the True Cost Calculator, a tool to help consumers determine what a particular mortgage actually costs and which mortgage product best meets their needs. Fannie Mae is also making the True Cost Calculator available to industry partners to link into their Web sites.
